- IN STOCK: the product is in physical stock and can be delivered on the basis of an online order, AFTER CONFIRMATION OF ORDER. Orders for products with IN STOCK status will be honored in the chronological order in which they are registered in the database. Stock updates are made as mentioned above - Consequently, there may be situations in which a product ordered with IN STOCK status may become unavailable if it has been confirmed on a previous order.
-OUT OF STOCK or any other form of close expression: the product is no longer available in stock at https://www.valteconline.com. This information is displayed for products that have been in stock and are to be restocked. If you wish to have priority for the purchase of the product that is not currently in stock, please fill in the Quotation Request form, with just a few pieces of information, so that we can keep you informed about the stock status of the product(s) of interest.
PRODUCT DELIVERY
Delivery times apply from the moment of order confirmation, except on working days and can vary from 24 to 72 hours. The average delivery time is 24-48 hours for products in stock.
In the case of deliveries by your own means, as well as by express courier, it is recommended that you visually inspect the box and/or packaging in which the parcel arrives to ensure that it has not been subjected to any shock or damage during transportation.
If the box or the packaging in which the product arrives is damaged, shows signs of knocks or punctures, please refuse the parcel and contact us immediately at office@valtec.ro or call us on: 021 352 3832
Once signed the transportation document, the responsibility for the received product becomes yours.
It is also recommended to check the product in terms of specifications, accessories with which it is delivered and functionality - in case of any shortcomings or inconsistencies will proceed as mentioned below.
It is recommended that the check be made immediately after receipt of the order, and the complaint should be made within 48 hours of receipt, to the e-mail address: office@valtec.ro. The complaint must contain information about the order, the condition of the product and preferably some pictures of the product / packaging with problems.
We strongly ask you to carefully receive the products upon receipt of the parcel! Eventual complaints related to the lack of some items or their damage during transportation must be reported to the agent of the courier company upon receipt of the parcel; it is mandatory to sign a report of findings with the representative of the courier company! Subsequent complaints will be extremely difficult to solve, because without this report the courier company will no longer be held responsible! If the product received is damaged (damaged, scratched, cracked, chipped, broken) we recommend that you refuse delivery. If you still accepted the parcel, we recommend that you ask the courier to fill out a report and to inform us of the situation within 24 hours of delivery by filling out the contact form or by e-mail at office@valtec.ro. Failure to complete the verbal report in the presence of the courier who made the delivery and any subsequent complaint will hinder the positive solution.
FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party shall be liable for non-performance of its contractual obligations, if such non-performance is due to an event of force majeure. Force majeure is the unforeseeable event, beyond the control of the parties and which cannot be avoided.
The terms and conditions of commercialization of products on the website www.valteconline.com may be modified by consensus of the management of the company managing the website.
WARRANTY
For all products commercialized on www.valteconline.com you will receive an invoice (sent by email), on which you will find the declaration of conformity and warranty and the shipping notice.
The legal warranty is offered in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 449/2003 and OG 21/1992(r2) and supplemented on the sale of products and associated guarantees, which transposes into Romanian law Directive 1999/44/EC and does not limit, ignore or restrict directly or indirectly the legal rights and legitimate interests of the buyer, as provided by law.
RETURN
The right of withdrawal is made in accordance with GEO 34/2014 art. 9/1 within 14 days - the conditions and procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal, for the cases provided for in this ordinance, in the form of the following clause: "the consumer has a period of 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract or a contract outside commercial premises, without having to justify the withdrawal decision".
Before the expiration of the withdrawal period, the consumer shall inform the seller of his decision to withdraw from the contract in writing to the e-mail address office@valtec.ro
The right of withdrawal within 14 days can be applied only for products delivered by courier. The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, in the original packaging with all accessories, with intact labels and accompanying documents
The costs of return will be borne by the customer, and the refund of the value of the product will be made no later than 14 days after receipt of the return.
The consumer informs SC VALTEC PREMIUM LRUBCANTS SRL of the decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement made on a durable medium (paper, mail - office@valtec.ro). The consumer has 14 days from receipt of the products to notify the withdrawal from the contract.
Withdrawal within 14 days can only apply to products delivered by courier. The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (in the original packaging with all accessories, with intact labels and accompanying documents).
Mention
In all of the above cases, except for the one concerning defects during the warranty period, the products must be returned in the condition in which they were received, in the original packaging and accompanied by all original accessories and documents. Damage to the products or putting them in a condition that makes their resale impossible will result in refusal of return.
Any partial change in the condition of the products or deterioration of their original packaging which makes it impossible to sell the product as new, automatically leads to refusal of return or, as the case may be, to the application of a return procedure subject to administrative charges for restoring the products to the condition in which they were delivered; the charges are between 0 and 70% of the original value of the product. The amount of the administrative fee will be communicated to the customer upon receipt of the damaged/modified products.

In the case of orders that have benefited from free delivery (according to the terms on www.valteconline.com, Delivery, Payment and Return of Products) and are subsequently returned partially (the value of the order falls below the value of free delivery) or totally, the delivery charge initially granted free of charge is borne by the customer.
The return will be made in the same way as the shipment, courier to the address: Sos Odaii 105-107, Sector 1, Bucharest, with reference to the order. Returned products must be properly packaged to be protected during transportation.
Do not ask for the value of the products returned in reimbursement system. They will be returned after reception of the products by our representatives.
S.C. VALTEC Premium Lubricants SRL does not engrade your right of return according to GEO 34.
After we receive the return in our warehouse we will check the condition of the returned products.
Subsequently we will communicate the status of the return.
If the returned products:
- have damaged packaging, without specific labels and inscriptions
- are not in the original packaging in which they were delivered
- the original accessories and components are missing
you will be informed of the cost of bringing them back into conformity (if this is possible) so that they can be resold.
